Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
About these terms and who we are
These Terms of Service apply to your use of Pytros, business software for invoicing, quotes, planning, and customer management, among other things. Pytros is provided by:
AVoffice
Koningin Wilhelminastraat 59K
3751 DG Bunschoten
The Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number: 94565392
Email: info@avoffice.nl
By creating an account or using Pytros, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Pytros.
Definitions
- Pytros: the app and related services offered by AVoffice.
- Company account: the environment in which your company manages its data, used by one or more users.
- User: anyone with their own login who has access to a company account.
- Content: all data that you or your colleagues enter, upload, or bring in through an integration (customers, products, quotes, invoices, planning, employee records, and similar).
Your account and team members
You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. As the owner or admin of a company account, you can invite colleagues and assign roles (such as Owner, Admin, or a more limited role); you're responsible for who you grant access to, and which data that person can then see — including sensitive data such as employee records if that role allows it.
A company account must always have at least one Owner; Pytros therefore doesn't allow the last Owner to remove themselves without first assigning another team member as Owner.
Acceptable use
You use Pytros for lawful purposes related to your own business. You may not:
- use Pytros for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes;
- circumvent, test, or disrupt the security or operation of Pytros (for example through overload, scraping, or bypassing access restrictions);
- decompile or reverse-engineer Pytros, or use it to build a competing product;
- access data of other company accounts without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of misuse.
Trial period and subscription
Pytros is available with a free 14-day trial, with no obligation to pay. After the trial ends, Pytros runs on a paid monthly subscription of €20 per user per month (excl. VAT) — that is, per team member with their own login within your company account, unless we've agreed otherwise with you in advance. The way you pay is shown when you set up the subscription in the app.
The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the end of the current period, through the app or by emailing info@avoffice.nl; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and we don't refund an already-started period. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged anything.
We may adjust prices; we'll announce this at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree with a price change, you can cancel effective the date the change takes effect.
Billing and late payment
You'll receive subscription invoices by email or through the app. If an invoice isn't paid on time, we may, after a reminder, suspend access to your company account until payment is received. You remain obligated to pay the outstanding amount.
Availability and maintenance
We do our best to keep Pytros available as much as possible, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may take Pytros offline temporarily for maintenance or updates, and where possible we'll announce planned maintenance in advance.
Your data and Pytros as a processor
The content you and your colleagues enter into Pytros remains the property of your company. To the extent that content includes personal data — for example about customers, suppliers, or staff — AVoffice processes that data on behalf of your company as a processor; your company remains the controller. Those arrangements are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which automatically forms part of these Terms once you use Pytros with a company account. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
You can create a full export of your company data at any time via Settings > Backup.
Third-party integrations
Pytros offers an optional integration with your own WooCommerce store. If you set that up, you exchange data directly between Pytros and your store using the API keys you provide; you're responsible for managing those keys and for complying with that third party's own terms. AVoffice is not a party to, and is not liable for, the operation of your own store or other third-party services.
Intellectual property
All rights to the Pytros software, its look and feel, and the Pytros brand belong to AVoffice. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pytros for as long as your subscription runs. This doesn't transfer any ownership of the software to you.
Liability
AVoffice is only liable for direct damages that directly result from an attributable failure on our part, and not for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost savings, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability per event (or series of related events) is limited to the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the event that caused the damage. This limitation doesn't apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, or where mandatory law doesn't allow such a limitation.
Please keep your own regular exports/backups of important data; we're not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Term, termination, and data afterward
This agreement lasts as long as you have an active account. You can delete your own account at any time via Settings. Deleted items first go to the trash for 30 days and can be restored during that period; after that, or immediately when your entire company account is deleted, the data is permanently erased. We may terminate this agreement in case of serious or repeated breach of these terms, with prior warning unless that can't reasonably be expected of us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add new functionality or when regulations change. We'll notify you in advance of significant changes, for example in the app or by email. If you keep using Pytros after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. We prefer to resolve disputes through mutual consultation first; failing that, the competent court in the Midden-Nederland district has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
