Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is issued by AVoffice (KVK 94565392), Koningin Wilhelminastraat 59K, 3751 DG Bunschoten, The Netherlands, email info@avoffice.nl. For your own account data and the billing of your subscription, AVoffice is the controller. For the personal data that you and your colleagues enter into Pytros yourselves — for example about customers, suppliers, or staff — your company is the controller and AVoffice acts as a processor; see our Data Processing Agreement for those arrangements.

- Account data: name, email address, and a password stored in encrypted form, linked to your role within a company account. - Company data: company name, address, VAT number, and subscription data. - Data you enter yourself: customers, contact persons, suppliers, products, quotes, jobs, invoices, planning, tickets, and — if you set it up — employee records (job title, contract details, hourly wage, date of birth, emergency contact). - Files: images and documents you upload, such as product photos. - Technical data: basic login data (timestamp, IP address) that Supabase, our hosting provider, keeps for account security. - Calendar data: only if you turn this on yourself, Pytros uses access to your device calendar to add scheduled jobs to it. This happens locally on your device; we never see this calendar content on our servers. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking software, and Pytros doesn't contain any analytics or advertising SDK.

- To provide Pytros to you and manage your account (performance of the contract). - To bill you for your subscription and to comply with our tax obligations (legal obligation). - To keep Pytros secure, working, and up to date (legitimate interest). - To offer you optional features — with your consent — such as calendar sync.

- Supabase: our hosting provider for the database, login, and file storage, with the project set to an EU region. Supabase acts as a sub-processor. - Apple: for offering the app through the App Store and, once applicable, for handling payments if you subscribe via the App Store. - Your own integrations: if you set up an integration with, for example, your WooCommerce store, you exchange data directly with that third party using the keys you enter. That's your own integration, not a transfer by us. We never sell your data to third parties.

Our data is hosted with Supabase in an EU region. To the extent a supplier would nonetheless process data outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data is kept for as long as you have an active account. Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days (so you can restore them) and are then permanently erased. If you delete your account entirely — or, if you're the only user of your company account, the whole company account — we delete your data, except where we're legally required to keep something longer (for example the statutory retention period for invoices).

Data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form. Role-based access rules (Row Level Security) apply within each company account, so that, for example, employee records are only visible to an Owner or Admin. Passwords are stored hashed; we can't see your password.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. For your own company data, you can largely do this yourself: edit data in the app, or create a full export via Settings > Backup. If it concerns data that another company has recorded about you through Pytros (for example as their customer or employee), please contact that company directly — they are the controller. For questions about your own account data, email info@avoffice.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Pytros is intended for business use by adults and isn't directed at children.

We may update this privacy policy. We'll let you know about significant changes in the app.
